On this occasion, the Bakufu state that despite having sent a missive to Asahi Tokinaga (nephew of Tokimoto) and the ruling against Tokimoto made in the first year of Bunmei, it does not appear as though these orders have been obeyed. Hence the Bakufu plans to enact penalties against the Asahi, and again instructs Naka no In to take direct control of both shoen.

加賀の國額田の庄・加納八田の庄等の事、朝日孫三郎時長に奉書を申し給う、依って當知行に稱し、證文を召し出しめさるるの處、去文正元年十月廿七日御判に出帶せしむと雖も、伯父時基突鼻之刻、惣の知行申し加える分時長に還補（かんほう）される之間、此庄に就いて（ついて）御沙汰は糺明なし歟（か）、所詮度々御成敗の旨に任せ、彌（いや）直務を全われるべし之由、仰せ下さる所也、仍って執達の件の如し、
